Large early C19 building of high elevation. Three storeys. Three windows.
Stuccoed, the ground floor rusticated. Pilasters flanking the front from
first to second floor. Cornice and parapet with caps above the pilasters
and a small pediment in the centre. Cn the first floor two flattened bow
windows of three lights each with pilasters between the lights and cornice
over. Between these a centre window in moulded architrave surround with
cornice and pediment over supported on consoles. Second floor windows in
moulded architrave surrounds. Glazing bars intact above ground floor.
Central doorway with pilasters. Another four-centred doorway with
obtusely pointed fanlights, one of these doorways apparently giving
entrance to No 34. Ground floor bank windows modern.
Nos 30 to 39B (consec) form a group.
