C17 house, timber framed and plastered with grey slate roof. Two storeys and
attics. Three window range C19 casements. Simple canopy on brackets above door.
Rectangular plan, 3 bays and chimney bay plus lean-to extension at west end.
Original chimney stack partly rebuilt, and C19 chimney stack at west end. Site
originally moated.
