The village well house and pump on the Green

Small building of lychgate type built of, wood on brick piers with a hipped
tiled roof, and containing an iron wheel and pump. An inscription records
that it was "Constructed and presented to the parish of Ringmer for the use
of inhabitants and wayfarers by R and S H Rickman 1883. Charles A Wells, Engineer
Lewes.
