House. Probably late C18. Red brick, Flemish bond, with ashlar stone dressings; plain clay tile roof with simple gable
and abutment; brick end chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 3 bays. High stone plinth, rusticated quoins, eaves cornice;
12-pane sash windows in architraved surrounds; central doorway up 2 steps with 6-flush panel door in semi-circular
sub-arch with cast iron Regency pattern fanlight, framed by attached Tuscan columns and open pediment. Interior not
seen. Served as the local hospital for a few years from 1901.
