Late C19 red brick building with white brick dressings and pilasters.It comprises a three storeyed block at the south end of 3:1window range:and a two storeyed block at the north end of eight window range.The windows are double-hung sashes without glazing bars,with pointed arched heads.Two of the windows at the north end have paired lights with stuccoed lintels.A brick cornice extends across the front below the second storey windows and continues as an eaves cornice to the two-storeyed block which carries urns above the pilasters.The three-storeyed block has a parapet with finials above the pilasters and the two-storeyed block has a tiled roof.The ground storey has C20 shop front on the whole frontage.There is a cart entrance at the south end.
