Cottage. Mostly C18, possibly earlier fragments. Local stone rubble; plain clay tile roof with simple gables; brick chimney stacks. 'L'-plan; 2 storeys, 3-bay west elevation. 2-light leaded casement windows under exposed timber lintols, several frames may be C18; central entrance with C20 French door set under large timber beam into which a moulded flat timber hood is tenoned. Interior has squared scroll stop chamfer beams, a fireplace with plain late C18 stone surround, and staircase which could have late C18 criss-cross balusters: recess for former circular stair survives.
