Late C16 house occupied by the Heath family in the early C17. Two storeys
and attic. Seven windows. Two gabled dormers. Built of chalk and faced with
flints, once painted, with stone quoins. Gable at north end of the front.
Towards the south end is a gabled projection containing the staircase with
carved bargeboards and pendant. Horizontally-sliding sash windows with glazing
bars intact. Modern additions at the back.
