C16 or early C17, altered. Flint rubble with brick gable, quoins and window
dressings. Old tile roof. Two storeys, first floor band, row of exposed joist
ends of former jetty below. Modern door and 3-light casement to ground floor,
two light casement to first floor. Former crosswing to house including No 31
(q.v.)
