Pair of Southill Estate cottages with circular plaque: "S W 1797" (Samuel
Whitbread). Colourwashed roughcast over timber frame. Half-hipped thatched
roof. 4-room plan in total, one storey and attics. Front elevation has 2 3-
light casements to ground floor and 2 eyebrow dormers with 2-light casements.
Central mottled brick ridge stack with 2 diagonally-set shafts. Plain doors
and 2-light casements to gable ends.
