Terrace house. c.1820. Stock brick concealed roof. 4 storeys. 2 windows wide.
Ground floor has stucco plastered shop front with entablature, squareheaded house and shop doorways to right with rectangular fanlights, panelled and glazed shop door and panelled house door, shop window has large panes. Upper floors have recessed glazing bar sashes in plain cement architraves. Stucco plat band to 1st floor and crowning stucco cornice. Part of the c.1820 redevelopment of Carnaby Street and Newburgh Street.
