House, now flats. Mid M18. Roughcast and scribed in imitation of ashlar, plinth band, moulded stone eaves cornice,
triple Roman tile roof, hipped to right, 2 C19 brick stacks. L-shaped frontage. Two storeys, 4:1 bays, right bay
projecting slightly under a hipped roof; end pilasters; 12-pane sash windows in moulded stone architraves with keyed
cambered heads, except right bay with paired 12-pane sash windows to each floor in reveals, plain wooden dividing
mullion between each pair. Door opening in fourth bay from left, 8-panelled door in a moulded stone surround, stone
slab hood on ornamental scroll brackets.
