Squatter's cottage. Late C18 with minor later additions and alterations.
Red brick (Flemish stretcher bond); plain tile roof with coped verges
on carved stone kneelers. 2-cell plan. One storey and gable-lit
attic with dentilled eaves cornice. Two mid-C19 fixed-light windows
with segmental heads to left of segmental-headed boarded door. Integral
end stack to right. An unspoilt example of a late C18 squatter's
cottage.
