Early C20 (1924) by H Munro-Cautley. Red brick building with stone dressings.
2 storeys and basement. At the north and south ends of the front there are large
gables flanked by octagonal castellated turrets, with a stone traceried window on
the 1st storey recessed in a stone pointed arch. On the ground storey, at the north
end, there is a segmental arched recessed doorway with a carved ornamental panel
between the doorway arch and the window above. At the south-end there is a large
mullioned and transomed window with a traceried parapet to the window above. Both
gables have stone carved niches at the apex. The centre part has 4 window range,
stone mullioned windows on the 1st storey and mullioned and transomed windows on
the ground storey. A moulded stone band extends across the front at plinth level.
Roof tiled.
