An early-mid C19 white brick building with a panelled parapet and a heavy stucco bracketed cornice and end pilasters. Two storeys. Four window range, double-hung sashes, with glazing bars in the upper storey windows. The windows are now set in stone surrounds. One window at the north end has a stucco cornice on console brackets. A raised band extends across the front between the storeys. The windows at the south end are three-light. The centre part, of one window and the doorway breaks forward slightly. A four-panel double door with a rectangular fanlight has a stucco doorcase with plain Tuscan attached columns, frieze and a modillion cornice. At the north end the ground storey has a C20 shop front.
