Office and chambers. c.1860-70 by Sir G. G. Scott. Red brick with painted ground
floor, slate roof. Flemish Renaissance style. 4 storeys and attic in pediment
gable. 3 windows wide. Ground floor has 3 segmental arched openings, the
outer ones containing doorways with scrolled pediments on brackets. Upper
floors with recessed sashes each flanked by short pilasters. Pediment gable
in 3 sections with attic windows flanked by terracotta panels.
