Early C19. Symmetrical facade (south) of 2 storeys, 3 windows. Low-pitched slate
roof with a wide eaves and soffit moulding. Stucco walling, first floor cill band,
architrave to ground floor, plinth. Sashes in reveals; east side ground-floor has a
later plain rectangular bay with a tile roof. Doric doorway with a blocking course,
and pilasters. The east elevation is of similar form, symmetrical, of 1.1.1 windows,
the centre being a full-height bow-shaped projection. The west elevation is regular,
of 2.2.1 upper windows, the middle part slightly-projecting; there is one ground-floor
sash (and 2 filled panels) and also a plain round-headed doorway with a decorative
fanlight. (Note: the building is prominently seen on 3 sides).
