House. Dated 1778, with late C20 alterations. Red brick. Inter-
locking concrete tile roof with tall brick end stacks and eaves
cornice of diagonally set brickwork. 3 bays, two storeys and garrets.
Central C20 part glazed panelled door to each side of which is a C20
large bow window. To 1st floor is a 3-light and two 2-light windows
with C20 casements. Above the central window is a stone plaque which
reads "WME
1778"
Interior: opposite the door is a splat-baluster dog-leg stair with
square newels and straight slender handrail, up all 3 storeys. Doors
of 4 fielded panels. Oak and pine timbers include 2 moulded pine
beams to 1st floor and oak purlins to roof.
