Mid C19. Deeds refer to 1 house formerly divided from another. Possibly an example
of Pantin's parallel house type with a courtyard plan (M. Laithwaite). 3 storeys.
2 windows, Welsh slate roof with red brick stack. Slate-hung timber-framed front.
Moulded eaves band. Architraved sash windows with glazing bars. Wooden shop fronts;
shop windows with large panes. Central house doorway; rectangular fanlight with
marginal lights and panelled door. (Pantin, W A 'Medieval English Town House Plans',
