Three-storey, three-window front to Wilson Street and rounded angle to two bays on Worship Street. Early-mid C19. Stucco with parapet. Recessed sash windows with glazing bars, those on first floor with margin lights also. First floor windows set in round-arched recesses. Ground floor windows divided by flat quasi-Corinthian pilasters supporting fascia with dentil cornice. Central entrance; and small doorway at right altered to window. Two entrances on Worship Street.
