gault brick; slate roof; stone band at 1st floor cill level; stone cornice
below parapet; quadrant angle; Mill Lane front, 3 windows, flat brick arches,
glazing bars and round-headed doorway with moulded stone archivolt; modern
carriage-way on right with 1 original window and 1 modern window on 1st
floor and 1 modern window on 2nd floor; Trumpington Street front, 2 windows.
