Farmhouse. c.1780. Brick with pantile roof. First floor band, cogged and dentillated eaves, tumbled coped gables, single central ridge and single external C20 gable stack. Two storeys, three bays, single range with continuous rear outshut. Windows are C20 glazing bar sashes and casements. South front has central reeded timber doorcase with half glazed door, flanked by single C20 flat roofed bay windows each with three casements. Above, small central round headed sash, flanked by single windows. East gable and rear elevation have all C20 fenestration.
