Farmhouse, now a house. Late C17. Dressed stone with C20 pantile roofs. Chamfered plinth. Coped gables with kneelers and finials. Single shouldered gable stack. Two storeys plus garrets, three bays. Windows are mainly three and four-light splayed mullioned casements. Most have hood moulds, those to ground floor continuous. Front has central door flanked by single casements. Above, three casements, the central one smaller. South gable has four-light casement on each floor and a smaller garret casement above. Rear has central C20 lean-to porch with casement to left. Above, central C20 casements flanked by single mullioned casements. Adjoining No 27 not included in the listing.
