House divided into 2. Late C18. Pebble-dashed walls partly cement rendered,
with V-jointed quoins and eaves cornice, on chamfered plinth. Graduated
greenslate roof with coped gables and kneelers; brick and rendered chimney
stacks. 2 storeys and cellars, 3 bays with 4th bay to left now Edenvale. Steps
up to 6-panel door under overlight within C20 gabled wood porch. Half-light
cellar windows. Sash windows with glazing bars in painted stone surrounds;
Edenvale without glazing bars. Rear of Woodlands has ground-floor pointed-head
window with interlaced glazing bars. Rear of Edenvale has large C20 window.
Listed for G.V. with Allonby House.
