Cottage and attached outbuilding. Late C18. Red brick. Pantile
roof. 2 red brick gable stacks. Dentil eaves. Set on a C20
rendered plinth. 2 storeys, 3 bays, with a first floor band.
Central doorway with panelled door flanked by single tripartite
glazing bar Yorkshire sashes. All ground floor openings are
under segmental arches. Above are 2 similar sashes with a
central smaller similar sash. To the left is a later, lower, red
brick and pantile outbuilding with dentil eaves and blocked
doorway. To the rear is a later 2 storey extension.
