one storey to left on plinth with hipped roof and attic with hipped dormer, roof stepped up to right
with stack to half-hipped 2 storey block with central projecting stack. Irregular fenestration of
wooden casements to centre. 2 glazing bar sashes to left, 1 to upper right. Oak door in red brick
porch on ragstone plinth, with hipped tiled roof
