GV II

Probably former servants' house to Rectory. Circa 1848. Coursed squared
sandstone with quoins and ashlar dressings; Welsh slate roof. One storey, 2
bays. Plain sashes with projecting stone sills; left return gable has alternate-
block jambs and flat stone lintel to 6-panel door. 4 round cast-iron tie-ends in
main elevation above windows. Interior: flat stone lintel to high fire in
first room; iron range removed. Included for group value.
