C17 timber framed building with C18 stuccoed brick facade. Two-storeys, first floor
fenestration: 2.1.2. Double pitch plain tile roof. Parapet with coping stone and
band, painted stucco walling, plinth. Sash windows. Door-case; entablature on
pilasters, 6-panelled door. Flanking wall, with doorway, linking with No 1. Interior
has large fireplace with and extensive timber panelling.
