Detached house. Early C19. Rendered with a tarred slate roof and coped raised
verges; coped parapet and moulded cornice; rendered stacks. 3 storeys. Four
tall 2-light casement windows and central panelled and glazed door on ground
floor; 3 glazing bar sash windows and casement windows on upper floors. Cill
band below second floor and projecting verandah with decorative wrought iron
balustrade.
