House. Late C17, extended C18, altered early-mid C19 and mid-C20. Originally timber
frame; external walls rebuilt in red brick in C19 and now colourwashed. Old tile roof,
red brick stacks. Original building of 3 bays doubled in depth by parallel range to
north in C18, and also extended to west. Mostly 1½ storeys. North front has two windows
flanking central doorway with 4-panel door, the upper panels glazed, under an open timber porch.
Above, three dormers with painted, slate-hung gables. All windows two-light timber
casements with glazing bars, but not identical. Stacks to ridge and projecting from west
gable. Set back, to the west, the roof of the southern range extends down over outshots
with scattered C20 casements.
