Lower east-west wing behind running along Newton Lane and of red brick.
2-storeys. Old tile red hipped roof with 2 stacks. Brick eaves cornice.
5 bays. 3 blocked openings on 1st floor, but, to east end, one sash window
and one modern window in reveals in segmental arch. On ground floor, 2-light
casement windows and one sash window in segmental arches, one flat- arched
doorway with blocked tympanum in larger segmental arch.
