Early C19,2 storey, brick limewashed (except Chadd House, stucco lined, and colourwashed). Pantile roofs. 1 window each at each floor. Chadd House with glazing bars remaining, and with extra window above arched vehicle way under, left, and wall with arch, right, 5 to 8 ft high stuccoed and limewashed, and colourwashed wing to north. No.60, 4-panel door. No.64 , arched entrance with blank tympanum and 6-panel door, also arched passage way under, left, set back.
Nos 52 and 56, Chadd House, No 60 and Nos.64-74 (even) form a group.
