House. C18, with large addition c1840. Red brick with stone quoins and dressings
and Swithland slate roof with brick and stone end stacks. Stone coped gables.
Range of c1840, to left, in Tudor style. 3 storeys of 3 windows under 3 ornamental
gables, the centre partly curved and with finial. Central projecting gabled
porch with depressed open arch and hood mould up flight of steps. Part- glazed
door within. A pair of 1/1 sashes on each floor above. Hood moulds. To either
side a 2 storey brick and stone canted bay with sashes. Over these on 2nd floor
a triple 1/1 sash with hood mould. On right end a 2 storey range of 2 2-light
mullion and transom windows over a tripartite 2/2 : 6/6 : 2/2 sash. Rear faces
Churchyard of All Saints (q.v.). Formerly the Rectory.
