Cottage. C18, with C20 restorations. Cob and thatch. Building at right-angles
to the roadway; 1 storey and attic, 2 above 4 windows. ½-hipped roof, with
exposed timber-frame in the north gable, eaves raised above the upper windows,
tiled outshot at each end. Rendered walls, outshots of flint with brick
dressings, all painted. Casements. Plain doorway beneath a thatched canopy on
posts.
