Early to mid C19 villa. Three storeys with rear outshut, and basement. Main entrance facing north-east. Local brown brick with red gauged brick arches to windows. Low pitched, hipped slate roof with central stack. Four, six-paned, recessed hung sash windows at second floor, similar twelve-paned windows at first floor and ground floor.
