1845 to March 1846. 2 storeys. 3 window bays; windows set within pilastered
portico with moulded pediment over; blank bay at either end. Sash windows with
glazing bars intact. Stuccoed front. Double doors, each of 3 moulded panels
with centre panel glazed. Formerly a balcony to 1st floor and railings to ground
floor. Large bracket projects from 1st floor.

The Customs House forms a group with the Shell Shop and the Old Bonded Store Flats
and shops and closes a vista at the south-west end of Marine Parade.
