House; circa 1840. Coursed squared sandstone with ashlar quoins and dressings;
rendered returns; roof of French tiles with rendered chimneys. L-plan. 2
storeys, 3 bays. Step up to boarded door and 4-pane overlight,to left of
centre,under flat stone lintel. Similar lintels and projecting stone sills to
sashes with glazing bars in outer bays.
