Pair of cottages double-pile-on-plan. Early C18. Rubble brought to course with
large dressed quoins, slate roof with stone ridge. 2 storeys. 3 cells, the
outer of which have 6-light chamfered mullioned window to each floor reduced to
2-wide lights. Central cell had 4-light window with same over, now forming 2
lights. Each cottage has doorway with simple chamfered surround. Left hand
return wall has 2-light window (mullion removed) with double chamfered mullioned
window, with square reveals, of 4 lights (lacking central mullion). Similar
windows to right hand return wall.
