Cottage, early C19, of English garden wall bond brown brick with grey
slate roof on dentil band at eaves and with plain flush verges.
Almost symmetrical, of 2 storeys and 4 windows. Door has 2 fielded
upper panels and 2 reeded flush lower panels; panelled doorcase with
unmoulded pediment of wood. The inner windows to both storeys are
12-pane flush sashes, the outer windows are smaller replaced
casements; all have wedge lintels and projecting cills of painted
stone. 2 ridge chimneys of brick. A late C20 triangular oriel has
been inserted in the left gable wall.
