Formerly the Gun Public House.
C16 or earlier timber-framed building with its 1st floor oversailing on a
bressumer, the ground floor rebuilt in painted brick, above faced with roughcast.
Gable. Tiled roof. Casement windows. 2 storeys. 1 window. Ground floor
addition to north. In yard behind, north front with 3 windows. Central bay
with gable on brackets carved with sunflower motif, overhanging above a square
3 sided oriel bay window which in turn rests upon brackets, each decorated
with a carving of a lion's head. Photographs in NMR.
