House. Painted glass quarry reads: "SPF/TP/1663" (Seth and
Frances Prescot). Painted stone rubble with slate roof. 2
storeys 4 bays, 1st bay breaks forward under gable, 4th bay
an extension. 5-light double-chamfered-mullioned window
with transom and label mould to 2nd bay of ground floor has
leaded glazing with rectangular quarries to upper lights;
1st and 4th bays have French windows. 1st floor has C20
casements to window, that to 1st bay in vertical opening.
Gable-end stack to 1st bay and cross-axial stack. Right
return wall of brick. Rear has mullioned and transomed
window and entrance in C20 porch. Interior has ovolo-moulded
beams and bressumer, one end of bressumer on stone corbel.
Timber-framed internal wall has carpenters' marks and wattle
and daub infill panels. Former end wall has timber 3-light
diagonal mullion window frame.
