GV II

Two attached cottages. Early C19. Dressed stone walls. Slate roof
with gable ends. 3 brick stacks, at left hand gable, right of centre,
right hand gable. 2 storeys. 3 windows (left hand), and 2 windows
(right hand cottage). 3-light wooden casements with horizontal
glazing-bars. One iron casement at right hand ground. Front doors:
no 1, at centre with wide planks and a wooden frame. No 2,left of
centre, same with one glass light. Attached front garden railings on
a stone sleeper wall, cast-iron with trefoil heads, and lower alternating
spearheads. 2 gates with urn-finials framing thin, and at the main
divisions. 2 stone steps up to each gate.
