Circa 1845. A pair of stuccoed villas; two storeys; four sash windows; plain pilasters defining bays; sill band. Ground storey has a semi-elliptical bay window at either side with two tripartite windows between; plain doorways on return sides, that to No 50 with stuccoed pilaster porch and four-panelled door and No 48 with moulded architrave, rectangular fanlight and modern porch, also later addition at rear. Bold lined eaves; hipped slate roof.
