2 houses, now restaurant and dental surgery. Late C18, with
mid C19 and mid C20 alterations. Brick with stone dressings
and slate roof. First and second floor bands, coped gables, 4
gable and single ridge stacks. 3 storeys; 8 window range of
glazing bar sashes and above, 8 smaller sashes. Below, to
left, off-centre moulded wooden doorcase with hood, and
fielded 6-panel door with overlight. To its right, 2 sashes,
and to its left a single larger sash. All these windows have
brick flat arches. To right, similar doorcase with C20 door
and lattice overlight, flanked by single C20 large glazing bar
bow windows. Left gable has a segment headed casement on each
floor and plaind doorcase with fielded 6-panel door and
overlight. Right gable has chamfered corner with a round
headed glazing bar sash on the first floor, under an arched
brick canopy. Below it, a round headed glazing bar window
replacing a door. To right, a segment headed margin light sash
to the second floor, and to the ground floor a similar round
headed sash. Rear wing, to right, has a segment headed window
on each floor.
