Late C18 or early C19. Longhouse-type farmhouse altered in mid C19 and early
C20 into a villa. Hammer-dressed stone. Pitched stone slate roof. Stone
stacks. 2 storeys. 2 storied early C20 porch between house body and barn:
gable end with applied timber-framing. 3 stone mullioned sashes on 1st floor,
1 on ground floor. 2 mid C19 wooden canted bays with sashes. Mid C19 wooden
porch with moulded gable and 3 round-headed arches with moulded voussoirs and
imposts. Door with 2 moulded panels and 2 round-headed glazed panels with
marginal glazing bars. Barn has elliptically-headed arch, with planked double
doors; 1 sash to loft. 1 storey extension to east; 2 pairs of paired sashes
with glazing bars, and door with 3 moulded panels.
