Cottage. Dated 1765 but appears early C19. Brick in Flemish bond.
Pantile roof with end stack to left. Gable fronted range with a
lower wing to left at 90° and a further range at the rear. All 2
storeys. The gable front has a tripartite casement to ground floor
and a bipartite casement to 1st floor, both with segmental heads.
In the apex is a stone plaque inscribed '1765' (initials are not
legible). Dentilled verges. The lower wing, to left, of a single
bay, has a tripartite ground-floor window and a bipartite window to
1st floor both with horizontal sliding sashes the former with a
segmental head. The wing at the rear is of 2 bays with horizontal
sashes with segmental heads. Slate roof. Central stack.
