Barn, now a house. Mid C18 and C20. Coursed and squared rubble
with C20 steep pitched pantile roof. Stone dressings. Single
external gable stack. 2 storeys, 5 unequal bays. L-plan.
Windows are C20 casements. North side has to left door flanked
by single breathers, To its right a door and 3 casements. To
right again, carriage opening with timber lintel. Above, 6
breathers and above again, 4 casements. Outside, breast shot
water wheel, mid C19, restored, with brick and stone parapet
wall. South side has to left large French window and to right, 2
casements and 2 breathers. Above, 3 breathers and 3 casements.
To right, single storey additions, late C19 and late C20, with
slate roof.
