Boundary railings gates and piers. C18/C19. Ham stone piers, wrot iron railings and gates. To north boundary, 3 m from
house, railings with alternate barbed spearpoints and arrowheads, cast iron finials to arch braced standards; C20 gate
opposite the door to house; railing returns along east boundary, and at south-east corner a pair of rusticated piers
with cornice caps, and between then a pair of wrot iron pates, possibly late C18, plain up to middle rail, then with
finer rods having cast rose decorations, alternate spears and barbed points to top rail with scrolls over, and cast
iron urn finials to edges. The whole contributing greatly to the setting of Ashlar House (qv) and to the streetscene
around the Church of All Saints (qv).
