Formal stucco terrace probably by George Basevi c1830.
Three storey and basement and attics. Two windows wide each. Projecting solid porches
with acanthus caps to piers. Continuous dentil cornice below attic, and 1st floor cast
iron balcony across whole front. Small ground floor balconies, and area railings.
Ground and 1st floor windows French. The end houses break forward with rusticated
quoins and enriched windows. The windows of the other houses are plain. One of a pair
of terraces with Nos 10-18.
