Farmhouse and Workmans Cottage. Dated 1824. Coursed and squared rubble
with ashlar quoins and dressings; clay tile roof with coped verges;
coursed and squared rubble integral end stacks and ridge stack. Single
range 3-room plan. 2 storeys; 4 windows; flat faced mullions
containing C20 casements; those to ground floor left and right have 3-
lights, those to ground floor centre and first floor have 2-lights;
half-glazed door to right; C20 lean-to porch with 3 light casement to
left of centre. Low 2 storey extension to left with board door and
casements.
