Circa 1874 probably by R W Drew. Gothic building, probably once the vicarage
of St Peter's Church, now demolished. 3 storeys, tall attic and basement. Stock
brick with red brick and stone bands and dressings. Hipped tiled roof with eaves
extended at sides. Upper storey has plaster panels with incised diaper patterns
and rests on a brick corbel table. The 2 2nd floor windows and 1 on 1st floor
have horseshoe relieving arches with patterned brickwork in tympana. Sash windows
with bars. At 1st floor left a stone framed and mullioned triangular oriel rests
on long ornamented corbel. Ground floor pointed windows also in stone surrounds and door
in similar surround with hoodmould.
